These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fuserig.com and any purchases made through theFuseRig online store (the “Site”), operated by FuseRig LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with a registered address at 1501 S Greeley HWY, STE C1098, Cheyenne, WY 82007, United States (“FuseRig,” “we,”“us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and carry the products in your jurisdiction.
• The information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent orders, orders that violate these Terms, or orders to jurisdictions where our products are restricted.

2. Products and Intended Use

FuseRig products include outdoor and emergency hardware, a zirconia ceramic micro blade, and a fire-starting component. They are designed for lawful outdoor, EDC (everyday carry), and emergency-preparedness use by responsible adults.

You agree that you will:

• Use the product only as described in the included user materials.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to knife carry, fire tools, and emergency equipment in your location.
• Not bring the blade or fire-starting component through TSA security or in carry-on baggage.
• Not use the product in any unlawful, threatening, or unsafe manner.

FuseRig products are not safety equipment, medical devices, or substitutes for professional rescue or emergency services. We make no guarantee that any product will prevent injury, save a life, or perform reliably in every condition.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• All prices on the Site are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• We may correct pricing or product errors at any time, including after an order is placed. If a material pricing error affects your order, we will contact you and you may cancel without penalty.
• Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify-supported payment methods. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the order total.
• An order confirmation email is not a guarantee of acceptance. We may decline or cancel orders prior to fulfillment.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping, returns, and warranty are governed by separate policies posted on the Site:

Those policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the FuseRig name, logos, product designs, photography, illustrations, copy, and source materials — is owned by or licensed to FuseRig LLC and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, or use any Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted.

6. User Submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, testimonials, or other content to FuseRig (by email, social media tag, review form, or other means), you grant FuseRig a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the FuseRig brand, including marketing, on the Site, and on social media.

You represent that any content you submit is your own original work and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY OR REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUSERIG DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUSERIG, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE, THE PRODUCTS, OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, ORANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO A PRODUCT OR ORDER WILL NOTE XCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT OR ORDER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FuseRig LLC and its officers, members, employees, and suppliers from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

• Your breach of these Terms or any policy incorporated by reference.
• Your misuse of the products.
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

11. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any FuseRig product (a“Dispute”) will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American ArbitrationAssociation (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Cheyenne, Wyoming, orby remote/written proceeding where AAA rules permit.

You and FuseRig agree that:

• Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis.
• YOU AND FUSERIG WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ACLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
• The arbitrator may award only individual relief and may not consolidate claims.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@fuserig.com within 30 days of your first purchase, with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and including your full name, order number, and a clear statement that you opt out.

This section does not prevent either party from seeking small-claims-court relief on an individual basis or from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property infringement.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms take effect when posted on the Site, with anew “Effective date” at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Sever ability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
