Returns

We accept returns on eligible orders within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must have been purchased from the official FuseRig store.
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
• The product must be returned in good condition, with all included components, packaging inserts, and accessories.
• The item must not show signs of misuse, intentional damage, modification, or excessive wear beyond normal inspection.

To start a return, email support@fuserig.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address by email.

Do not send products back without written return instructions. Unauthorized returns sent to any FuseRig address — including our registered business address in Cheyenne, Wyoming — may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a product defect, wrong item shipped, or damage confirmed on arrival, FuseRig will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
• If the return is for buyer preference, changed mind, or gift-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless local law requires otherwise.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 5 business days after approval for the refund to be processed by us.
• Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If a package is marked delivered but you believe it was lost or stolen afterward, contact the carrier first and then email us with the case details. We will review each case individually.

Non-Returnable or Limited-Return Situations

We may refuse, reduce, or limit a refund if:

• The product is returned incomplete.
• The product has been modified, abused, or used in a way inconsistent with normal intended use.
• The product was damaged by improper storage, negligent handling, or failure to follow the care guidance.
• The return request is submitted outside the stated return window.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you want a different finish or need a replacement after approval, we may instruct you to place a new order or we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

1-Year Limited Warranty

FuseRig includes a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.

This warranty generally covers:

• Manufacturing defects in the main body or included hardware.
• Failures caused by workmanship issues under normal use conditions.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal cosmetic wear.
• Damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modification.
• Damage caused by accidents, loss, theft, or third-party handling.
• Consumable or wear-related performance changes that occur through normal use.
• Any expectation that the product will prevent injury, replace emergency services, or perform outside its intended use.

If you believe your item qualifies for warranty review, email support@fuserig.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or video if relevant

We may offer troubleshooting, replacement parts, product replacement, store credit, or another reasonable remedy depending on the issue and stock availability.

Chargebacks and Order Disputes

If you have a problem with your order, contact us first at support@fuserig.com so we can try to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
