Shipping Overview
FuseRig ships to customers in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) with tracked delivery. Standardshipping is free on all FuseRig orders. Orders are designed for the US market and manufactured in China.
Shipping Cost
- Standard US shipping: free on every FuseRig order to the contiguous 48 states.
- No order minimum required.
- We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, etc.), orAPO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders to these destinations may be canceled and refunded.
- Expedited shipping is not currently offered.
Processing Time
- Orders typically process within 2 business days.
- Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods may require additional handling time.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard US delivery: 10 to 15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs reviews, severe weather, holidays, or forcemajeure events can affect final delivery timing.
Duties, Taxes, and Delivered Price
For US orders, import duties and taxes are prepaid by FuseRig. The price shown at checkout is the final priceyou should expect to pay for standard delivery.
If you are charged an unexpected import-related fee on a US order, email support@fuserig.com with yourorder number and receipt. After review, we will reimburse confirmed eligible charges within 5 business days.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking update by email. Tracking events can take time to appearafter label creation, especially during international handoff periods.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error,contact support@fuserig.com as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an orderhas been processed.
If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, we mayrequire additional shipping payment before reshipment.
Delays, Lost Packages, and Delivery Issues
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if your package appears lost, contactsupport@fuserig.com with your order number.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please:
- Check around the delivery area.
- Ask household members or neighbors.
- Contact the carrier for a local delivery trace.
- Email us with the carrier case details if the issue is not resolved.
We will review delivery exceptions case by case.
Restricted Use and Travel Notice
FuseRig contains a blade and fire-starting component. Do not place it in carry-on baggage or attempt to bringit through TSA screening. If you travel with the product, review current transport rules and pack it in checkedbaggage only where permitted.
Knife Compliance Notice
FuseRig includes a zirconia ceramic micro blade with an approximate blade length of 1.18 in. Laws concerningknives, concealed tools, and travel restrictions vary by state, municipality, venue, and transport provider.
By ordering, you agree that:
- You are responsible for understanding the laws that apply in your location.
- You will use and carry the product only where lawful.
- You will not use the product in a prohibited, unsafe, or unlawful manner.
